Stored Search Service
Subscribers to this service receive an initial computer search on their topic or area of interest. The search is then stored on the system and re-run regularly (usually weekly) as the database is updated. Articles held in the College Library may then be requested. Articles held in other libraries may be obtained in person or by Inter Library Loan for the appropriate fee.

Journal Contents Page Service
Subscribers to this service are able to select 10 titles from the Library's journal subscriptions. For the majority of journals we are able to send you the Table of Contents (TOC) via email as they become available. This will provide a more up-to-date delivery of TOCs. However, if you prefer, we can still send the TOC via regular mail 4 times a year. |

Of course, just how many title pages you receive each year will depend on whether the journal is weekly, monthly or quarterly, etc. From the contents pages simply select the articles you would like copied and complete and forward a copyright declaration form for each request. Copyright laws permit you to request a copy of 1 article from each journal issue for your own research and study. If there is more than 1 article on the same subject in the issue you may request more than 1 article. Once the forms are received in the Library the articles will be copied and forwarded.
