About the Service
The Customer Service team was established in May 1995 in response to the increasing numbers of courses being offered by the College and the need to provide a central point of contact for students and prospective students where they could acquire information regarding College courses. Establishing this service then enabled the course coordinators to concentrate on aspects other than administration in the courses they were coordinating.
As of 2004 "Customer Service Team" is part of The College Customer Service Department.

Our Staff
Any member of the Customer Service team is able to answer enquiries related to any of the College courses or programs, although each has expertise in a specific area or areas.
